Issue #46, “Moonlight” has been mailed out. The issue has great writing, and equally great artwork. There are more copies available, so why not subscribe (or renew) before the January 1st 2022 price increase. Thanks to everyone who submitted their work, it make us wish we ran 100 pages rather that our usual 20. Soon we will have guidelines up for our next issue, and we hope to see you all there. Big things coming this year fro Blink-Ink, so watch out –

October 2021 Updates
Submissions for our “Moonlight” issue are closed as of 10/15/21.
Blink-Ink has exciting plans for 2022. We have the themes all set for the next two
issues, B47 in the spring of ’22, and B48 in the summer of ’22. Kitty Wang has her
own plans and will be busy for spring. January 1st, 2022 we are increasing our
subscription rates. The new prices are only a little higher, but the funds are needed
as expenses keep going up. Both our printer and postage are up for example.
Please consider subscribing, or getting someone a gift subscription. The old rate
applies till January 1st.
This year, as in pervious years, we will be nominating for The Pushcart Prize,
the Best Micro Fiction Awards, and the Best Small Fictions Award.
More information soon.

New issue and more
Our new issue, “Dollar Store” has mailed out. The stories in this issue are very exciting, and not at all what you would expect from the theme. Accompanying “Dollar Store” is a very nice little eight page insert piece from our sister press Kitty Wang. The art work is great in both publications, and the writing is extraordinary.
We will have guidelines for our next issue posted soon. Thank you’ll for your support
Best Microfictions Award 2021
We are very pleased to announce that Claire Polders has won he Best Microfictions Award for 2021. Her story “Stella is” was published as part of the “Jane Doe” supplement from our sister press, The Mambo Academy of Kitty Wang. A Zoom reading of “Jane Doe” was hosted earlier this year by Nancy Stolhman, and we hope to have it posted on our site soon. Thank you to the judges, the participants, and of course to Claire Polders. Congratulations!
